How To Customize Your Blogger Website Logo On The Safari Frequently Visited Page

If you're a Safari browser user, you'll notice the frequently visited website section on a new browser tab when you start surfing the web. If you have a website built on the Blogger platform, I'm going to walk you through a very simple tutorial on how to get your own website's logo customized for the frequently visited section.

The Tutorial:

1. Login to your Blogger Dashboard

2. Using the drop down menu to the right, select Template

3. Under the Live image of your blog, select Edit HTML

4. At the top of your code in the <head> section, locate <b:skin>, and place the following code above it:

<link href='YOURHOSTEDIMGURLHERE' rel='apple-touch-icon'/>

5. Replace YOURHOSTEDIMGURLHERE in the code above with your hosted image URL and make sure your hosted image is a .png sized to 72px x 72px

6. You're done!

*Note that the logo may not show up instantly, give it some time and make sure to clear your browsers cache.
