As a fan of documentaries, more so those focused on space, I was anxious for the launch of Fox / National Geographic's TV Series Cosmos: A Spacetime Odyssey, hosted by Astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson and produced by Seth MacFarlane (Family Guy) / Ann Druyan (Carl Sagan's widow). It's essentially a modern reboot of Carl Sagan's 1980 series Cosmos: A Personal Voyage (13 episodes) in which the creative team behind it hopes to capture a large audience with impressive visuals and exciting knowledge about the universe we live in. It's premiere episode Standing Up In The Milky Way launched in the United States on March 9, 2014 and to the rest of world the following week. Season 1 contains 13 episodes which will air on Sundays at 9 PM on Fox and Nat Geo channels and re-air Mondays at 10 PM.
Visit the TV Shows website Cosmosontv.com and navigate through impressive content. You'll find photos, Q&A's, contests, inside looks and videos, including full length episodes which are typically viewable for about 2 months on the site the day after they premiere.
Below I have a link that will take you to the full length episodes page.
